Learn how to make mozzarella with a cheesemaker

This lesson gives you the opportunity to experience the traditional method of mozzarella making with a professional cheesemaker whose family has been making artisan cheese for many generations.

The lesson will take place in a real laboratory where the cheese is produced daily. The cheesemaker will explain the ingredients, teach you the gestures and give you all the details of the cheese making process. Then you will make your mozzarella with your hands. During the next part of the lesson, you will taste your mozzarella and some typical Italian cheeses available in the shop. Furthermore, to offer the best experience, the cheese will be paired with the Campania wines.

The course is held in English and lasts 90 minutes.
